Meet The Team

Gerry studied Graphic Design at Glasgow School of Art and Teacher Training at St. Andrew's College of Education. He is a practising freelance graphic designer providing all forms of graphic communication for print and offers website design services. Gerry has worked as an Assistant Head of Department at college in multimedia, also worked in set design and construction and as a tutor with the Glasgow Schools' Youth Theatre. He has also provided Art and Design specialised programmes for Enable Scotland offering; photography, animation, film-making, pottery and the art of 'manga' comics. He has been a full time teacher of Art and Design in East Dunbartonshire since 2007. He is GTC registered and is fully disclosed and holds PVG certificate. Gerry has been delivering art and design and ICT to all sectors including; special needs, primary, secondary, further education and higher education resulting in over 30 years of knowledge and experience who is fully committed in raising achievement and celebrating pupil success at every opportunity.

Kelly Greig is a local commissioned artist. She has exhibited her artwork at Glasgow Art on the Square for many years. You can find her art channel on YouTube under Kelly Greig Art. Kelly not only has a background in art and design but has also been involved in costume jewellery design. Kelly is a volunteer in her local primary school teaching arts and crafts also special art projects. Kelly's achievements consist of winning many visual merchandising awards and competitions. She received in-house training from interior designer Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen which she credits with her use of colour in her artwork. Kelly loves teaching kids the elements of art to express themselves and believes you are never to young to learn or create art.
